By Fast & Furious Team 'In loving memory!' Fast & Furious team release touching YouTube tribute video to Paul Walker The Fast & Furious team released a touching tribute video featuring franchise star Paul Walker on Wednesday following the actor's recent tragic death. The two-minute YouTube tribute video features Paul in scenes from the Fast & Furious action films that center on illegal street racing. The tribute video opens with Paul getting out of a race car with a broad smile on his face in a scene from the 2001 original The Fast And The Furious. 'What are you smiling about,' asked his co-star Vin Diesel portraying street racer Dominic Toretto. 'Dude, I almost had you,' said Paul's undercover cop character Brian O'Conner as a small crowd erupted in cheer behind him. The tribute video shows Paul in several subsequent films sharing scenes with Vin and fellow franchise co-stars Tyrese Gibson and Michelle Rodriguez. The video featured a soundtrack of the haunting song Coming Home with vocals by Skylar Grey. As images flashed showing Paul's character over the years, the song's mournful lyrics hit home. 'Let the rain, wash away, all the pain of yesterday; I know my kingdom awaits, and they've forgiven my mistakes; I'm coming home; I'm coming home.' The tribute video featured a clip from the franchise's fifth installment Fast Five in which Vin's character offers a toast. 'The most important thing in life will always be the people in this room, right here, right now,' Vin's character said surrounded by his main co-stars, including Paul. 'Salud mi familia,' Vin said as they all clanged their beer bottles together. The final scene in the tribute video showed Paul on a racetrack leaning against a blue sports car with In Loving Memory written above. Paul died on Saturday at age 40 while riding as a passenger in a 2005 Porsche Carrerra GT being driven by his friend Roger Rodas following a charity event in Santa Clarita, California. Both men died when the car hit a pole at a high speed and burst into flames. A message accompanying the tribute video asked that in lieu of flowers or other gifts that donations be made to Paul's charity Reach Out Worldwide.
