In this video I am going to share how to make this curry in Hindi Ingredients: Spinach leaves (removed stems and washed) - 300 gm Paneer (cubes) - 300 gm Onion- 2 Medium Finely Chopped Tomato - 2 Medium Finely Chopped Green Chilli - 1 Big Finely Chopped Ginger - 4 inch Finely Chopped Garlic - 7 to 8 Finely Chopped Bay Leaves - 2 Black Cardamom - 2 MDH Kitchen King Masala - 2tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Salt to taste Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp Garam masala powder - 1/4 tbsp Cooking oil - 2 tbsp Preparation of Palak Paneer Recipe In Hindi: Remove the stems from the spinach leaves and wash it thouroughly in cold water Boil water in pan, add spinach leaves in boiling water. Boil the leaves in the water for 2 minute. Take the spinach leaves from the hot water and put in cold water in a bowl. Once the spinach leaves are at room temprature, make a puree in the blender. Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaves, black cardamom and cumin seeds and cook it till cumin seeds starts crackling. Add onions and green chilli and cook it on high flame till onion becomes soft. Add garlic and cook it till onion become golden brown. Add tomatos and ginger, cook it till both onion and tomatoes become mushy. Add all dry masalas and cook for 2 minutes. Add spinach pure and water as per desired consistency of the gravy and cook for 5 minutes. Add paneer cubes and cook for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with coriander and grated paneer.
