His mother, Rita Stroud, is also his tennis coach. Everybody will remember you more than the best player, she advises her son. He's just different. Conner competes in tournaments and often wins. He'll eventually start playing wheelchair tennis. I mean we all have a disability... a chip on your shoulder... Rita says. Most people's disability you just can't see.
