  • description: Haven't lost any weight, but I'm still working out most days of the week. I still go to spinning 4-6 times a week, go to bodyflow twice a week, and work the rest of my muscles 3 times a week. My diet is the same as it was last week. I'm losing hope that I'll ever lose weight, but I will continue to eat and exercise like this anyway. Sad day :(
