Mayhem broke out at Marsden State High School at Logan this morning when Julia Gillard arrived for the Biggest Morning Tea to raise money for cancer. Although many cheered and jostled to shake Ms Gillard's hand, one student yelled "loser", a chorus booed, and another wolf whistled before teachers brought them under control. One student threw a sandwich at the nation's first female prime minister. Marsden High P & C president Michelle Campbell called the incident "disappointing", saying "kids will be kids".
