- description: So these are the dragon twins..? I guess that You come across during one of the new quests featured in the Dawnguard DLC for Skyrim. I have to say they look friggin' awesome and the combat was very refreshing. They break through the ice as they appear and they will dive under the ice numerous times. They're epic! :D Also, there is a dragon shout here. You will find it on the edge of the river, the thu'um can be seen from distance as it glows. It's on the edge of the river close to where the dragons break through the ice the first time :)
