Raise your Str to 16 for the BK Shield and the Eagle Shield. Get 12 / 14 / 16 Attunement. Then, bring your End, Dex, and Int to around 35-40 and your Vit to around 20. Use an upgraded Balder Side Sword along with the Crystal Magic Weapon sorcery. Use an UN-upgraded Pyromancy Flame to cast Power Within. The primary rings for this build are the Ring of Favor and the Lingering Dragoncrest Ring. And that'll do it. You will wreck shit, no doubt.
