Computers are pretty good at playing games and in many modern sports (such as Formula 1 and Nascar) they're often a critical component during competition. So should we be thinking about how to integrate A.I. teammates into eSports? If we did allow A.I. team-members, people would no longer have to worry about mindless tasks like respawn times, incubating aliens, or farming minions. Instead they could focus on being awesome and going on crazy killing sprees - making the game more exciting for everyone. But there is a dark side to A.I. teammates. It's also entirely possible that A.I. teammates would eventually just replace humans. So would these human/A.I. collaborations change e-sports for the good? or for the worse?
