This is important because, while you are working out with us and looking after your nutrition you will need to be able to keep track of your progress. Please make time to get this done and outside of session time, we will arrange to check on how you are progressing, what you can do to maintain your improved results and how to keep focused, after all the first 3 to 6 week of any new and slightly more advanced fitness and nutrition is the hardest and we will help you get over that barrier and into cruise control. Your body just needs to register that this new level of functionality is now normal, it needs to get into the habit of increasing its work rate, breaking down carbs and using fat and sugars to fuel exercise rather than ending up in your stomach.
