In fact, if you look at Trump's campaign from a historic point of view, there are far worse situations that can cause more serious blows, and yet Trump's campaign is still on the go. In short, Melanie Trump's speech may have an eerie similarity to Michelle Obama's, but its highly unlikely that it can cause serious damage, either being sued for plagiarism or Trump's campaign taking a blow.
