Initially you can see the flood waters rising through the drainage system, before being joined by a torrent of water from the River Lee, as it breaks its banks. Almost immediately, the power to the streetlights gets knocked out. High tide was at 8:53pm, but the waters didn't drop from the office door until close to midnight!
