Big things are happening today but in the spirit of Christmas week, it only seems fitting that I should sing them to you. On the 5th day of Christmas week, Mt Buller Gave to me... 20 lifts a turning Fifty three centimetres And a whole stack untouched terrain. Yes you heard me right, in the midst of what can loosely be described as the singing of a mutilated Christmas charol, I did infact announce that we are opening 20 lifts today and for the weekend. Moderate winds will continue so we will keep you up to date if there is any wind hold. The terrain will be vast and varied today with fresh snow powder pockets, clean cut corduroy, firm packed man made snow and some moguls for those really looking to get their legs working. Coverage is good to very good in all open areas, which is almost everywhere. Koflers terrain park got a rebuild last night so be sure to check out some of the new features as we head for top of zero degrees. Snow flurries are forecast for today and across the weekend. Some showers could sneak through over the next few days but there is nothing dramatic expected.
