My best friend got me into working out 6 years ago (now 7!), and one of the first things we did together was create a bar dance that requires some pullup strength. So we trained for it and we finally managed to do it. Then it became a viral and nostalgic part of my body transformation video. So we had to recreate it again 3 years later, and we did. But now it being 6 years later and thus 6 years ago we did the dance for the first time, we have to recreate it again...
