In a bowl, sift flour and baking powder altogether. 2. In a separate bowl, crack an egg, whip well; add sugar and whip well until sugars are dissolved well; add lemon juice and lemon grind, mix well; add milk and mix well. 3. Pour 2 into 1 from the center of the bowl (dish) while blending using a whisk. No need to over-mix. 4. Add melt butter and mix well. 5. In the silicon mold, add a little bit of 4 first. Use the spoon to hit the bottom surface of the mold to ensure there is no air pockets. 6. Add Yu! fruit yogurt covered strawberry bits or something similar on 5. 7. Cover 6 with a little bit of the mix on top (do not over-fill). 8. Hit the bottom surface of the mold on the table to get rid of excess bubbles. It is important to do this, since we will steam the cake at high voltage using a microwave, so the air bubbles are likely to act up (will be funny in shape; not attractive). 9. Microwave for 2 min and half (I have tried this in the UK and also in Japan, and the required time was the same. I suggest you to microwave for 2 min first, check and if necessary microwave for 30 sec - 1 min. Do not overcook! 10.
