A quick version of my story, My hubby was posted overseas, for 4.5months I worked on my weightloss in secret only letting very few family know and of course a wonderful support group I have created that and the wonderful members who have joined, I lost close to 30kgs, from 120.5kgs to 92kgs, I am 166cms tall, I have about 30kgs more to go to be in a healthy BMI range. I have never been skinny in my whole adult lifehood, I have gone from a size 20-22 to a size 14. I created my group to help support myself and found it was inspiring more and more ladies across the world, so the group is kept completely free, commercial interest free and any negativity removed. Its for support, to help you on your journey, we all have the same goals we just come in different sized packaging... YOU CAN DO THIS!! I'm not even half way and I cannot wait to get there...
