While in Auckland over the weekend for two shows at Vector Arena, Sheeran took half an hour out of his day to visit the leukaemia sufferer in Auckland Hospital on her 20th birthday. Jess bought tickets to Sheeran's concert last October, but her plans were scuttled two weeks later when she was diagnosed with leukemia.
