(*sorry, it does have some language) I put out this video to show that Mrs Carey did not crash into this police car, as the news somewhat suggests to this. As to the barriers you don't see, that seem to suddenly appear. These are barriers that literally, rise or pop up in seconds out of the ground. They just happen to be on their way up, out of the ground as the car approaches. I do know that the Army and DC police were participating in drills "Capitol Shield" Sept 30 to Oct 3, as to weather this whole situation is part of the drill or not, I will let you decide.
