To make my GIANT PEEP CAKE I started with 12lbs of my Yellow Velvet Cake, iced it with "peepish" yellow Italian Meringue Buttercream, and true to peep style, I gave this cake a final coat with yellow sugar and topped it off with chocolate ganache eyes.
