Authorities said the incident happened in front of Acme Windows shortly after noon on Thursday. The surveillance footage also shows the Plainfield Fire Division extricating the woman from the basement floor, according to ABC 7. She was then rushed to the hospital for medical treatment. Authorities said the woman, who hasn't been identified, is listed in serious condition. Officials said the access doors were open due to the repair of gas lines in the area.
