Taking inspiration from all walks of life, the 70's and 80's in particular, 'Love Not Fear' is an invigorating blend of pop, dance and a smidge of disco. Produced by BoyGold himself and mixed and mastered by Streaky G (The Prodigy, Britney Spears), 'Love Not Fear' is certainly a true example of BoyGold's unprecedented talents. 'Garden' is a highlight from the album, and showcases another side to BoyGold's versatile vocal talent. With a gentle beat, intricate string work and brilliantly elaborate vocals, the track is a great taster of what's still to come from BoyGold 'The Beat' is the lead single, and almost has a Michael Jackson 'Beat It' quality (Jackson is, incidentally, one of BoyGold's biggest inspirations). Answer: Yeah.That's crazy too. Interviewer: Why is 'The Beat' your lead single? BoYGoLD: I think it has a universal quality about it. Its got Rock Guitar.Its Pop but still Rnb. My dance training is mostly in RnB Hip Hop so it just seemed to work at the time. Interviewer: What do You Actually think of the Video for 'The Beat'? BoYGoLD: I think its crazy. Interviewer: Who was the Belly dancer in the video..is it..by any chance..you??? BoYGoLD: Yes Interviewer: Then why is the face hidden? BoYGoLD: I didn't want to attract too much attention. Interviewer: But You look amazing??? BoYGoLD: This album is not about that. I didn't want that to overshadow the music. The album is actually pretty great.I wanted it to be a reflection of how things are at this point in my life. Interviewer: So who do you think you are?
