- description: This fight is all of me. I pulled off some of my best play, and I'm content with it. I'll probably do 4 Kings and then take a break from YT until Diablo 3 and Dragon's Dogma are released. Of course I'll be back for more Dark Souls when there is new content. But, after this amazing battle, I feel like I've done everything I want to do for now. I want to mention that we got a shoutout in a Machinima Respawn video. They showed a clip of one of my videos, but what they (rightfully) talked about was the huge community response to this challenge. It's been amazing. I'm just NameBro, you guys are the ones who are Epic. For now, I'll go beneath the surface for a bit. I need the rest, honestly. Work's tough, and while I love this community, I need a break after this challenge series. But even though I'm backing off for a short while, there are so many great new video makers for Dark Souls now it isn't even funny. A lot of people invested in recording gear, new people are trying out commentary, and players are doing challenges that no one could have imagined half a year ago. I'm happy to have been a part of this- thank you guys. For now, NameBro out. Stay Epic. ---------------- Rules. #1 You may not level. #2 With the exception of rings, you may only use your starting equipment. #3 The only Blacksmiths who may Modify your equipment are Andre and Rickert. Normal, Raw, Divine, Occult, Magic, and Enchanted are ok. Fire and Lightning are NOT allowed. #4 You may not use any healing items during a boss battle. Clerics can cast heal with no restrictions. #5 You may not enter new covenants. (If you are a knight / cleric, Way of White is allowed.) #6 You may not upgrade your pyromancy flame. #7 No summons. You MAY buy consumables, including resins, spells and arrows. You MAY remove equipment. If the challenge is too easy, add your own restrictions. These are only the BASE guidelines for this challenge.
