Shocking CCTV footage shows three-year-old Lucie Wilding stepping out of her front gate before she is knocked over and dragged face-down along the street by a cyclist speeding along the path. The incident happened outside the youngster's home in Blackpool, Lancashire. The cyclist fled the scene leaving Lucie with cuts to her face, head, hands and knees.
