To make my Giant S’Mores Cake, I baked two large graham cracker cookies and sandwiched them between an all-chocolate ‘piece of chocolate’ Chocolate cake and a batch of my Ultimate Vanilla cake that I layered with Italian Meringue buttercream, toasted mini marshmallows and covered entirely in marshmallow fondant.
