Three kids (ages 13-15) installed a mannequin on the path of a Russian high-speed train "Sapsan," July 29, 2013. In order for it to appear more like a human being they dressed it in jeans and a jacket. They did not know that their deed was being monitored by a nearby security cam. Train machinist was warned about a foreign object in his path and had a chance to slow down but did not stop. Kids were later identified and their parents will have to pay fines.
