Jumpshots almost always go in so right after the CPU checks you the ball just throw up the 3 with a perfect release. You'll finish games around 2-3 minutes and get 150 VC points. When you play a 5 minute quarter quick game you will earn around 250-300 VC, but that's with 20-30 minutes of gametime. 2nd method is to play a 12 minute quarter quick game offline and switch it to coaching mode. This way you can step away from your console and let the CPU play. In 1 hour you'll get an easy 600 VC. With this method you can earn VC without having to spend all those hours actually gaming on the console. Based on the comments of this video you can also turn the gamespeed up to 100 and the game will go by faster! If you're on the 360 remember to use a wired controller because the wireless controller will shut off to preserve battery and it will pause the game. The wired controller won't do that.
