Eyewitness: Melbourne CBD mall ram raid driver screamed 'Allahu Akbar'

Police also said it was a "deliberate" act as did a number of witnesses at the scene. Reporters also originally noted that the driver was of Middle Eastern appearance based on eyewitness accounts.
