WiLL was a brand made up of a small group of Japanese companies in the late 1990s that was designed to attract a younger demographic. The group made made WiLL Beer, WiLL Fridges, WiLL Air Fresheners and even a WiLL Vacuum Cleaner. Toyotas offering was this strange car based on existing toyota platforms. the car features bench seats front and rear and the gear shifter was mounted to the dashboard. The wheel covers were designed to look like a particular type of sea urchin known as a Sand Dollar (or Sea Biscuit in New Zealand) The"neo-retro" look represented a period in Japan where vehicles took on styling of historic vehicles from the 1950s and 1960s, such as the Nissan Be-1, Nissan Figaro, Nissan Pao, the Toyota Origin, the Subaru Vivio, and the Mitsubishi Minica.
