Lewandowski, who left the campaign before the complaints arose, tried defending Trump on the alternating bases that the British Member of Parliament who complained must have opted into the fundraising apparatus herself, and that the list he claims she wasn’t on have legitimate reasons to solicit donations in foreign countries. Camerota wasn’t having any of it:
