- description: http://www.bearfootfx.com The Sparkling Yellow Overdrives are very cool dirt boxes capable of a range of Marshall-like crunch sounds. They have slight sonic differences, hopefully demonstrated here, but share qualities such as their ability to be used as near-clean boosts all the way through to full tilt distortion pedals. Mid and Tone controls on both are very handy and along with the Distortion control offer the user a ton of rockin' tones. This is a barebones and uncut video that tells it how it is. No tickers, overlays or anything else. Just ugly ol' me! Heheh. Bjorn and Donner have done it again, folks. They never fail. Stand by for my demo of the new 4-knob Dyna Red Hot Distortion and another video where I A/B a selection of the Bearfoot greats including a Sparkling Yellow. By the way, the amp I used in this video is a Laney L50H half-stack, a killer new amp from Laney UK which features 2 Channel, Class A goodness. You'll be hearing more from the Laney as I believe it makes a great foundation for pedal demos and I've already had many favourable and encouraging comments towards it.
