Click on link to participate : http://bytb.quaker.co.in/?utm_source=IFN&utm_medium=Partnership&utm_campaign=BYTB Ingredients Oats Bowl with Kerala Sambhar FOR THE OATS:- 40 grams oats 1 tablespoon diced carrots ½ tablespoon grated coconut ½ teaspoon mustard 1 dried red chilli cut in to half 1 small sprig curry leaf 1 teaspoon oil (Canola or Coconut oil preferred) A pinch salt FOR THE KERALA SAMBHAR:- (Serves 2) 30 grams toor dal soaked for 15 mins 2 ladies finger 1 medium carrot 2 small aubergine 1 drumstick 1 small raw banana 1 large tomato cut in to big 1 big onion chopped big 3 garlic crushed ½ in ginger crushed 2 tablespoon sambhar powder (any brand available) 1 sprig curry leaf Small lime size tamarind soaked in 50 ml water For the Tadka:- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 3 dried red chilli 3 crushed garlic 2 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped ½ teaspoon hing 1 tablespoon coconut oil Love our recipes?
