Cristina want's Mark to make a fire so the rescue workers can see them from the sky. When Mark doesn't respons, she walks too him, starting to be a little bit angry. She notices that Mark is unresponsive so she puts him on his back, rips open his shirt and finds a huge bruise. Meredith & Derek also come to his aid, finding out it's a Cardiac Tamponade, wich, if they don't treat it, will kill him. Fortunately, Mark survives this. Atleast till the end of this episode...
