- description: Have not done a dinner type recipe in a while. This is a good one. This can be easily reduced by cutting the ingredients by half. 2 lbs pork tenderloins cut into 1/4 inch slices 1 cup orange marmalade 1.5 tsp red pepper flakes 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar 2 tbsp minced garlic 4 tsp dark sesame oil 2 tsp sesame seeds 2 tsp olive oil (for frying) green onions chopped for garnish Rice if desired to serve the pork and sauce over. Combine marmalade, rice wine vinegar, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes together in a medium sized bowl, stir until blended. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add pork cooking 2 minutes per side. Add sauce over top and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve pork over rice and sprinkle with green onions for garnish. This recipe adapted from one found on cooks.com
