Governments need to ask votes for a clear and solid mandate to move a project like a Muskrat Falls forward.Certainly with so many unknowns affecting the outcome, but yet here in NS, they think trusting NSP & Emera, is putting NS's interests 1st. Trust is something the NDP have non of with voters. Look at their record.
