"I was in the bathroom and my water broke and I yelled for her... Jazmine grab the cordless phone. Dial 911," Krystle Garcia recalls. Eight-year-old Jazmine McEnaney called at 7:02 a.m. "My mom is pregnant and her water just broke," Jazmine said. "I was freaking out. I am like, I am home with my eight-year-old daughter, you know. Even if I called somebody they are not going to come quick enough. It was... it happened so fast," Garcia said.
