How does one "change" themselves in that instance? Well obviously you shouldn't have to. That's why I tried to sum it up with the ultimatum of either being less "in-your-face" (by which I mean being unnecessarily provocative) or growing a thicker skin and finding a new crowd. Bullying comes in so many different shapes and sizes that it's almost impossible to discuss the topic and generalise without offending someone. But honestly, I'm just trying to offer a different and more realistic approach to overcoming bullying.
