- description: We're so happy to share an update on Wonky (now named Juliette), the puppy that has captured the attention of the world over the last week! In this video, we have an interview with Juliette's vet as well as some "before and after" footage so you can see her progress. She suffers from a condition which causes her tendons to contract forcing her to walk on her joints. As you can see, she has undergone weeks of physiotherapy and has already shown considerable improvement— including being able to run around. With a good diet and continued physiotherapy, we're confident that she will make a full recovery! NOTE: We have truly been overwhelmed by the kindness and support that this sweet pup has been shown internationally. As you might imagine, the staff at our Leeds centre have been completely inundated with offers to rehome Juliette; we are confident that she will soon find the loving home which she deserves. She will rehomed close to the rehoming centre in Leeds so that she can continue her physio treatment. But if you are interested in rehoming, there are currently around 1,500 dogs in our 18 centres across the UK that are looking for homes just like this lovely puppy. We recommend having a look on our website: http://www.dogstrust.org.uk/rehoming You do not need to make an appointment to visit a centre during opening hours, but might wish to call in advance if you're interested in a particular dog to ensure they're still available, or before making a lengthy trip.
