I agree that primal diet paleo diet low carb diet authors like Sally Fallon, Loren Cordain, Dr Atkins, Barry Sears, Dr Willian Davis etc are overweight. Im sure they are nice people but the fact is that they write weight loss books yet are often fatter than their readers. This does spark a lot of debate and questions I agree. My tip for anyone interested in achieving a drastic weight loss transformation is to skip the whole paleo diet primal diet low carb diet fat gimmicks and get up to date with the latest science/personal experiences and clinical data findings from the following nutritional authors.
