- description: Bonbloc's first day testing the beta! Runescape evolution of combat - If you signed up you can import your current rs stats/bank/etc - by importing ANYTHING you do in the beta will not be transfered to the real rs - if you log back in to the real rs everything will be back to how u left it behind (in the normal rs, not the beta) - in lumbrige you'll find 5 people who will GIVE you Melee / Magic / Ranged armour, runes/pots/arrows and mainhand and offhand weapons for free (up to torva) ** Bandos, torva, pernix and virtus will now all have boots and gloves! ** Bandos will have a kiteshield and a helm ** low level mage gear (below 70) will have shields (ex: mystic shield) ** There's a Dragon 2h Crossbow ** Magic gear will have offensive books (kind of like the mages' book) ** About 4 new magic robes sets have been added for low levels (below 50 def ish) ** Jagex said that all main weapons will still have their own special, in a way (like ags) ** Shields/2hands/Main hand weapons will now be carried on your back ** Tokhaar-kal cape will have an upgraded look (personally i find it quite nice) ** A lot of gears will have a major HP/LP boost, i had 9900 with torva and elysian ** Shields will mean a lot more now in runescape since dual wields would else make them completely useless - There will be offhand weapons, in stead of the shield, but they will always be made of a metal type so Bronze up to dragon. I've seen dual Chaotic Longsword and Crossbow but im not sure if that's meant to be that way, since u cant wield like 2 whips. - There's an action bar just above your chat bar, you can hide either of them or both! - On the action bar you can put spells, combat attack styles, quick prayers, potions etc - You can use the action bar by clicking on them or using the numbers on ur keyboard - Combat attack styles are now mostly like a special attack, only there's loads more and there's a lot of diffence in between them, some are just like a 20% harder poke but some will do 400% bleedout damage (kind of like poison), (reminds me of the morrigans javelins) - There's a possible critical attack hit - There's a possible deflect hit (could be wrong, couldve been my elysian) - My highest hit so far has been 2084, with the ultimate attack (Chaotic longsword)
