Lanús (ARG), Independiente (ARG), Arsenal (ARG), San Lorenzo (ARG), São Paulo (BRA), Internacional (BRA), Universidad de Chile (CHI), LDU (ECU), Pachuca (MEX) and Cienciano (PER) have 1 title each.
