Con queste dosi otteniamo circa 12 crespelle da 20 cm di diametro, ho pensato di preparare 2 pirofile da forno di 20 x 28 cm con 6 crespelle l’una. In questo modo ne inforno subito una e l’altra la tengo in freezer dove si conserva per 3 mesi.
