De vakjury gaf haar twee directe concurrenten Pearl Jozefzoon en Ivan Peroti de hoogste waardering, maar het publiek koos massaal voor de zangeres die gekleed was in een indianenoutfit inclusief verentooi. Raffaëla Paton, Tim Douwsma en Kim de Boer waren in de eerste ronde al afgevallen tijdens het rechtstreeks op tv uitgezonden Nationaal Songfestival. Jan Smit presenteerde het programma. De vijfkoppige vakjury bestond uit Carlo Boszhard, Ali B, Afrojack, Stacey Rookhuizen en Jeroen Nieuwenhuize.
