If your kicking with your right foot you need to have the ball on your left. Left footed players need the ball on the right. STEP 1 non kicking foot next to and slightly in front of the ball. Right footed players have the non kicking foot to the right of the ball and opposite side for left footed players STEP 2 kick the ball cross legged. this will be difficult at first. get the top or outside of the kicking foot under the ball.
