The rescue took 45 minutes The dramatic rescue on Wednesday took 45 minutes and video footage shows them pulling the girl from the window of the vehicle before winching her across the fast-flowing water. Images show the girl crying as a rescue crew member holds her above the water and takes her to safety. All three were treated on the scene and did not need any medical attention.
