The soldiers are receiving their official welcome home after a nine-month deployment when adorable Karas Ogelsby decides she can't wait to see her father any longer. The youngster runs out, arms held wide, to Lt Ogelsby who was standing to attention in a row of other soldiers. And it appears that he cannot resist breaking rank to give her a big hug in return.
