Even though the retirement was always on the cards however I always remember Cricket was just Sachin for me at the age of 6,7,8 and later on few more names like Saurav and Dravid added....I grew up watching cricket and sometimes only for Sachin......Sachin is not just an idol not just a cricketer but a Synonym for hope, determination, patience, achievement, dedication, enthusiasm , energy, milestones and add any word that has a positive meaning to it....If I am given an opportunity to fulfill a wish I would actually request for two of them , One is to make Sachin 10 years younger and second is to allow me to wish the same 10 yrs later ...A batting genius who has played the game for almost a quarter of a century, he combined brilliance with incredible longevity. He outlasted fellow legends like Brian Lara, Ricky Ponting, Saurav and Rahul and inspired a new generation of players who wanted to be just like him. While the drives,sweeps,slogs and cuts got more respect and looked elegant while Sachin was batting, however unfortunately there is an end to everything....Few call him master blaster, many call him God but Sachin will always be remembered for his simplicity and humbleness as a human being apart from all the other aspects...No doubt the era , the Sachin Era has ended however the love for Sachin will never end....Sachin is going....going... gone....and list emotional speech is over all well.There will be no number 10 jersey on the field any more and I still do not believe this.The number 10 is in serious jeopardy and I know how difficult is to write this off ....... In pain with lot of Love and respect for the one and only master Sachin Tendulkar. ....:(:(:(
