Fresh yam 1 log Cooked barley half bowl Tofu 1 cube Preparation: 1. Golden threadfin bream, get it scaled. Remove intestines. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. 2. Fresh yam, rinse its surface thoroughly. Wear a pair of transparent gloves, peel it lightly with a fruit knife. Rinse thoroughly. Cut in small pieces. 3. Tofu, rinse with tap water. Dice in small cubes. Steps: 1. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok. 2. Put fish in wok. Turn to medium~low flame and continue frying. 3. One side of fish has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying. 4. Both sides of fish have been fried into golden yellow, turn to high flame. Put water 1.5L into the fish. Turn to medium~low flame, cook for 10 minutes. 5. On the other side, put cooked barley, fresh yam and tofu cubes in pot in advance. Filter the fish soup into the pot. Heat up at high flame. 6. Soup boils up, turn to low flame. Leave a gap between the pot and its lid. Cook for 15 minutes. 7. Fresh yam and cooked barley have been softly cooked. 8. Complete.
