It's a custom map called "The Xel'Naga Games" that we created with the support and encouragement of Blizzard (who thought the idea sounded cool) using the new StarCraft II 1.5 Arcade Editor. The map gives observers the power to influence the game through blessings and curses. Using the "Planet Cracker" ability spawns an alpha version of the Mothership that rampages around the map causing chaos. This year at PAX Prime in Seattle, Red Bull and Day[9]TV bring you StarCraft II eSports with a twist. In the Trial of the Xel'Naga event, YOU the spectator are granted super powers to join the game live and change the outcome!
