- description: Fire-fighters attend a fire at St Pius X Adamstown on Saturday 30 June, the start of a two-week mid-year break for staff and students. This video was taken on Park Avenue about 30 minutes after initial reports of smoke plumes over the campus. It appears the blaze occurred at a section of the school where stands the current hall (Sister Marie hall, formerly St Anne's hall), as well as the offices of the music and religious studies departments. The hall was also storage space for musical instruments and various other pieces of school equipment. It appears the new school hall set to open in a couple of weeks time was not touched by the blaze.
