Con il risotto ai funghi non si sbaglia mai, è un piatto delizioso, preparato con pochi e semplici ingredienti, facilmente reperibili nelle nostre dispense e al supermercato. Un consiglio furbo, per ottenere un risotto ai funghi ancora più saporito, è quello di far idratare i funghi porcini secchi direttamente nel brodo vegetale, in questo modo i funghi si idrateranno e il nostro brodo avrà un sapore molto più intenso ed anche un bellissimo colore ambrato. INGREDIENTI PER IL BRODO VEGETALE 1,5 litri di acqua 1 carota 1 costa di sedano 1 cipolla 30 gr di funghi porcini secchi Mezzo cucchiaio di sale INGREDIENTI PER IL RISOTTO 400 gr di riso 30 gr di burro Olio extra vergine d'oliva q.b.
