Aus beiden Lagern kamen damals unterschiedliche Aussagen. Nun möchte sich auch Bushidos Geschäftspartner Arafat äußern, dessen Rolle in Bushidos Autobiografie "Zeiten ändern dich" übrigens von Moritz Bleibtreu gespielt wurde. Er möchte beweisen, dass Kay im Unrecht ist, und hat Verträge, einen Laptop, CDs und vieles mehr dabei. Laut eigener Aussage, und das hat auch Kay One bestätigt, waren Arafat und Kay beste Freunde, bis es zum Bruch kam. Kay soll sogar seinen Künstlervertrag mit Arafat abgeschlossen haben, nicht mit Bushido. Arafat behauptet jetzt, dass Kay "link" gewesen sei, er sie alle reingelegt hätte. Kay One wiederum sagt in aktuellen Interviews, dass er keine andere Wahl gehabt habe als über Nacht aus Berlin zu fliehen, da er bedroht und nicht für seine Arbeit bezahlt worden sei.
